Payment Policy

We aim to keep payments secure, transparent and accurate.

100% Advance Payment

100% advance payment is compulsory to confirm your reservation. Bookings are confirmed only after the full amount is paid.

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via UPI QR to the hotel's verified account. We do not store any card or bank details on our servers.

Payment Status

After you submit your UPI transaction reference, your booking status is marked 'Pending Verification' until the hotel confirms receipt, after which it becomes 'Paid'.

Accurate Pricing

All charges are calculated and displayed clearly before payment. Room price is inclusive of GST and breakfast; extra beds are charged at Rs.900 per bed per night. Any discount is applied transparently. No hidden charges.

Refund on Cancellation

Free cancellation is available till the check-in date. If cancelled for any reason, your 100% payment is refunded to your source account.
