On cancellation (for any reason) up to the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid is refunded to your original source account.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Payment Verification
Refunds are only initiated after the original payment has been verified by the hotel.
